At Sky Routes, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. Refund and cancellation policies depend on the airline, hotel, or vacation package provider selected. Please review the specific provider’s terms and conditions prior to completing your booking.
All cancellations must be requested via email or our support hotline at least 24 hours before your departure or check-in. We will liaise with the travel service provider on your behalf; however, refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly permitted under the provider’s policy.
Certain bookings, such as special promotions or last-minute deals, may be marked “Non-Refundable.” These are final and cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
If a refund is approved, please allow 7 to 21 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method. The exact timeframe depends on the policies of the respective provider and your financial institution.
In certain cases, rescheduling or modifying your booking may be allowed instead of a refund. Our team will gladly assist you with changes, provided they are permitted under the provider’s guidelines.
If you believe you’ve been incorrectly charged, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in the suspension of your Sky Routes account and denial of future services.
