To cancel your booking, please contact our support team via email or phone. Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to departure or check-in unless otherwise stated in your booking terms.

3. Airline and Hotel Policies

4. Non-Cancellable Bookings

Bookings marked as “Non-Refundable” or “Non-Cancellable” at the time of purchase are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Please read the terms carefully before confirming your booking.

5. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges may apply based on the provider's policy. In addition, Sky Routes may charge a nominal service fee to process cancellations. These charges will be communicated to you before the cancellation is finalized.

6. Modifying a Booking

In some cases, modifying your booking (dates, destination, etc.) may be allowed instead of canceling. Modifications are subject to availability and provider policies.

7. Cancellation Confirmation

Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please keep this for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation, please follow up to ensure your request has been processed.

8. Disputes & Customer Assistance
